Goals:
- To connect with women of all ages in a loving and compassionate manner.
- To support and encourage one another in their spiritual walk of faith whether they are mature believers, recent converts or those seeking a relationship with the Lord.
- To build a community of believers who will then become witnesses to others.
Missions and Outreach Ministry
The Missions and Outreach Ministry strives to make an impact in the Alton community by providing food, toiletries and other
items to those families who are in need.
This ministry puts hands and feet to the
passages “For I was hungry and you gave
me something to eat.”
WebNext – Youth Ministry
This group is designed to reach and connect young adults between the ages of 21 – 31. In their discussions the group deals with the relevant issues facing them in today’s world. They then discuss strategies on how they can live a Godly life as prescribed in His Word.
TUESDAY NIGHT SUNDAY SCHOOL
Tuesday Night Sunday School provides biblical teaching and instruction on the scriptures. All instruction is Bible-based and designed to help one grow in their spiritual walk with Christ.
Prayer begins at 6:30 p.m.
Bible Instruction begins at 7 p.m.
Media Team
The Media Team is managed every week by a group of young men who strive to bring the vision of Webster Temple alive via all of the social media platforms.
Live streaming of the
Sunday services includes exceptional sound and visual effects provided by the team.
Men's ministry
The Men’s Ministry is comprised of the Deacons and men of Webster Temple. Their mission is to
enhance the vision of the pastor and provide assistance in helping that vision become a reality. They act as ambassadors of spreading the gospel to the church and community.
usher ministry
The work of an Usher is one that demands patience, compassion and caring. The team of Ushers at
Webster Team is made up of women who exhibit those traits. Their goal is to greet you and seat you
with a courteous smile.
greeters ministry
The first person you see when entering the church is a Greeter. Their job is to ensure that once you enter the door, you are greeted with a cheerful and welcoming spirit. They fully understand that
the tone of how you are greeted sets the tone for the manner in which you will also enjoy the service.
children's ministry
The Children’s Ministry offers an inviting environment for the little ones to play and learn about God’s Holy Word. They are instructed in Biblical
stories that help teach them important values while learning in a safe and healthy environment. (UNDER CONSTRUCTION DURING COVID)
efw cafe
Nothing warms the soul more than a nice warm cup of coffee and a fresh pastry. The workers in the EFW Café will always provide you with that
along with a variety of other items to enjoy either before the start of service or after. Make sure you stop by the beautifully remodeled
Café and enjoy the fellowship of the church family! (CLOSED DURING COVID)
